ESTABLISHING A METHODOLOGY FOR QUANTIFYING THE ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTION OF ARTS & CULTURE

Development of a new analytical framework to replace the methodology used in Tasmanian budget papers. The project integrates publicly available data, acquittal information, and survey data to produce direct and indirect contributions to the gross state product for the arts and cultural sectors.

CREATIVE CITY STRATEGY

The development of a new integrated arts, culture, and events strategy through extensive internal and external consultation— replacing Creative Hobart and incorporating events and venue usage into a unified strategic framework.

REVIEW OF THE TASMANIAN GOVERNMENT ART SITE SCHEME

Review of the contemporary fitness-for-purpose of the scheme's administration model, operating sustainability, and the existing Treasurer's Instruction governing public art in Tasmania.

City of Glenorchy  |  2020–2021

GLENORCHY — A CITY OF ARTS 2040: ARTS AND CULTURAL STRATEGY

Lead consultant in the development of a new long-term cultural strategy for Glenorchy City Council, involving extensive community and stakeholder consultation, asset analysis, and development of a twenty-year strategic framework for arts and cultural investment.

Research and analysis of venue capabilities and requirements across the Greater Hobart region, synthesising existing documentation with original stakeholder research to inform future investment decisions.
