Cultural Venues Study 

Cultural venues and facilities overview for the Greater Hobart Region 

With Hobart increasingly gaining a reputation as a national center for cultural and arts activity, the Tasmanian Government is undertaking steps to ensure the right facilities meet current and future needs of the city.

 

This project seeks to: 

  1. to raise awareness about the status of Hobart’s cultural facilities.

  2. assist with informing related policy development.

  3. act as a key input into the City’s Central Hobart Precincts Plan
